摘 要
    影响区域经济发展的因素众多，人文因素是其中不可忽视，事实上也是越来越受关注的一个。本文以杭州与温州为例，通过协整理论实证分析了两地经济发展状况，深入探讨了人文因素与经济发展间如何相互作用的过程。实证研究显示人文因素与经济发展的互动机理对与区域的发展产生了重大的影响。由本文可以看到，不同的人文因素与经济发展状况的相互作用形成了杭州与温州两个截然不同的区域发展模式。在人文因素的表现上本文选取了群体性格、活动主体、制度变迁、文化底蕴四个方面。由于本文建立在对于统计数据的协整分析以及调查问卷的归纳整理上，所以使研究更接近现实情况。

Abstract
    There are many facts affect the development of regional economy, one of them that can not be ignored is culture features, which actually is being focused. In this paper, Hangzhou as well as Wenzhou is taken as the case, the development of them are analyzed on the basis of the theory of Cointegression, then discussed the interactive mechanism between cultural features and development of regional economies. 
    The study showed that the interactive mechanisms between cultural features and development of economy have significant influence to the regional development. From this article, we can see that different interactive mechanisms have formed the completely dissimilar regional development models of Hangzhou and Wenzhou.
     In this paper, the characteristic, the persons, the reform and the culture facts have been referred to show the cultural features. Since the research has been on the base of the data that analyzed with the cointegression as well as the data of investigation, the research will be more credible.

引言
    根据目前的研究，笔者认为区域人文因素研究是区域经济研究中相对薄弱的领域，但纵观国内外的区域发展，文化对经济发展的影响是深远、持续、全方位的。第二次世界大战后，一些经济发展快的地区，自然资源不一定丰富，区位资源也难以解释，由此，人们发现文化资源对区域发展的重要性。
    对于区域经济发展的动因，国内外有诸多理论做出了解释。但单纯的就制度方面的原因似乎并不能很好地解释已形成的所谓的“浙江现象”，所以近年来逐渐将目光投向于非制度原因，越来越关注人文因素的影响力。但是以经济的立场运用人文因素来分析我国经济的探索起步较晚，现有的成就也相对较少，所以对这方面做出研究具有一定的探索意义。
