摘 要
    随着信息化的推进，信息量的不断增加，数据的采集、存储、处理和传播的数量与日俱增。企业实现数据共享，可以使更多的人更充分地使用已有数据资源，减少资料收集、数据采集等重复劳动和相应费用。为促进企业更好的发展，企业内部实现信息共享，数据透明化显得尤为重要，数据集成技术的出现，为我们提供了一个很好地解决方案。
    本文详细、深入的分析了数据集成技术和自顶向下的设计方法，并论述了一个基于SSIS（Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services）的企业数据集成系统的设计。该系统的实现采用了自顶向下的策略，可以统计并计算包括远程和本地关系型数据库、文本文件、Excel表格等各种企业异构数据源中的业务数据，并通过Web Services将统计结果发布到外部系统。由于任务执行、并发控制与日志功能以SSIS为基础，使得该系统和其他类似系统相比具有设计简化，运行安全稳定等优点。
    本文独立对企业数据集成系统的日志管理模块进行了设计并在功能描述，界面设计，数据处理，数据库设计方面作了详尽论述。

ABSTRACT
     Along with the development of the information technology, and the increasing amount of information, the collection, storage, processing and dissemination of the data is constantly growing. Implementation the enterprise data sharing can make more and more people to use the existing data resources fully, and reduce the repeat work and the cost of the collection of the information and the data. It is important to realize the sharing of information and data transparency for promoting the development of enterprises. Data integration technologies provide us with a good solution.
     This paper offers the most detailed analysis of Data Integration System present situation and top-down approach and demonstrates the Implementation Techniques of a enterprise data integrated system based on SSIS(Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services).This system adopts top-down approach, can compute values for data from enterprise heterogeneous data sources include relational database, text, excel, etc and publish the result to the external systems by the technique based on Web Services. Because task execution, concurrency control and logging function is based on SSIS, this system has two advantages: one is simplification of design, another is safety and stability when running.
     The author of this paper designed and implemented the logging management module of this system undependably and demonstrated the aspects of function description and interface design and data processing and database design and so on.

1前 言
    为精确了解各县供电公司的业务运行数据统计以为宏观管理提供决策依据,省供电公司构建了一个业务数据统计系统。该系统要求各县供电公司提供2000多个统计数据并录入。这些数据统计计算复杂，并且大部分可由已有的MIS或其他数据源直接获得，但是需要各相关专工按指标统计频率（月、季或年）编写SQL语句在各相应数据源提取统计数据然后再录入上述系统。随之而来的问题是：（1）由于各专工并非都是计算机专业出身，所以在编写SQL方面有一定的困难；（2）每种数据统计都需要每月或每季编写一次SQL，这样既费时又费力且容易出错，另外，随着数据源数量的不断增多和规模的逐渐增大，这种方式甚至可以说是不切实际的。因此，有必要构建一个数据集成系统解决上述两个问题。
