摘要
    改革开放以来，我国的中小企业发展很快，在整个国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，为我国的经济增长做出了极大的贡献。但近些年来由于企业竞争的激烈，使许多企业面临较大的困难，影响和制约中小企业进一步发展的因素很多，其中主要的就是中小企业融资难的问题，我们必须解决这些问题，多给中小企业融资创造条件，促使它们在未来发挥更重要的作用。        
    本文就中小企业融资难问题，结合我国中小企业的实际特点，分析了我国中小企业融资中存在的问题，深入探讨了中小企业融资难的原因。中小企业的融资问题得到很好解决，从而推动国民经济的快速、稳定的发展 。

Abstract
    Since the reform and opening policy, the small and medium-sized enterprise has experienced a very fast development, and made a great contribution for the economic growth of our nation. And it played more and more important role in the whole national economy. But in recent years, as a result of the fierce competition between these enterprises, all of them are faced some big problem. The main factors which restrict the further development of those enterprises are the difficult of financing. We must solve those problems to create the condition for their financing, and make them play an more important role in the further.
     In this article, we concern most on the problem of financing. It would make a brief analysis of the issues in the financing with the real characteristics in these enterprises, and make a deep discussion of the cause of these problems, then give a better solution for these problems. Thus give a imputes to the national economy, and let it has a fast and steady development.

一、研究背景与目的
    经过改革开放，中小企业已从初期的配角，已成为国民经济中一支重要且活跃的力量。我国中小企业虽然发展较快，但他们的经营环境并不理想，尤其是企业的融资问题，已经成为制约广大中小企业生存和发展的主要瓶颈。
    中小企业在我国经济发展中的地位以及融资难的问题，限制了中小企业的发展，间接制约了我国经济的发展。因此，本次论文的目的在于探求解决我国中小企业融资难的解决对策，为企业主们提供一定的参考。
