摘 要
社会越成熟,名牌效应越明显。随着中国教育供给方式的日趋多元和家长对学校选择性的增加,学校品牌的竞争力已不容忽视。市场条件下,品牌已经成为学校赢得家长和求得生存与发展的关键。在这种情况下,学校必须树立品牌意识并把品牌管理作为学校发展中的一项战略来实施。因此理工院校要想在竞争中求得生存和发展,实施品牌战略是其必经之路。
学校实施品牌战略的根本任务和目的在于塑造学校优秀品牌。而学校优秀品牌体现的就是学校的核心竞争力——学校文化力,因此学校品牌战略实施的根本任务就是增强学校文化建设的有效性使之产生较强的文化力,以提高学校核心竞争力;而学校文化建设要取得成果,文化策划是其重要保证,因而最终学校品牌战略得以有效实施的关键在于学校文化策划。由于理工院校文化建设的天生不足,学校文化力薄弱,因此保证学校文化建设产生文化力度的学校文化策划对其也就更凸显出它的重要性。
南京邮电大学在认识到文化策划和学校品牌战略实施重要关系的前提下,通过有效的文化策划保证了学校文化建设的有效性,从而保证了学校品牌战略实施的效果,促使学校品牌产生了良好的社会效应。本文就此个案进行了研究,希望通过实例的证明,能够促使各大理工高校重视学校文化策划的作用,为学校品牌战略的实施提供保证,从而能促使理工院校的品牌能取得良好的社会效应,以应对激烈的竞争形势。
通过本文的分析和论证我们可以看到文化策划对学校品牌战略实施的重要作用。其实无论是理工院校还是其他性质的高校,文化策划对于其品牌战略的实施都具有十分重要的作用。但是,由于理工院校理工科特质的影响和其对学校品牌战略实施的局限性使得文化策划对于理工院校来说尤显其重要性。因此,笔者希望通过对南邮成功案例的分析,能够为其他理工院校提供相应的参考和增强他们的文化策划意识,从而保证理工院校品牌战略的有效实施,为其培育出具有理工特色的学校品牌,让其在激烈的教育竞争环境中得以胜出。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the society,the effect of the name brnad has been evidently .Along with the abundance of the methods of teaching in China and the increase of students’ parents’ choice to school,the competitive power of school’s name brand is never be neglect. The name brand has became the crucial factors through which the schools make their way to develop and success and to get the parents’ trust. In such instance ,the schools must erect the consciousness of name brand ,and take the management of name brand as a stratagem for the school development .therefore it is the needed way that the science and engineering college for survive and improvement in such competitive environment.
The main point and ultimate goal of the name brand stratagem is to make the excellence brand. And it is the power of culture that the school brand embody ,so the ultimate task of the stratagem of the brand making is to enhance the effects of the culture building to improve the core competitive power of the school. The cultural masterminding is the important guarantee to the culture building ,so ultimately it is the crucial factor that guarantee the efficient implement of the school brand stratagem .Because of the shortage of cultue building ,the power of the culture of the science and engineering high school is weakness ,therefore the cultural masterminding which guarantee the cultural building getting the power of culture ,shows its importance to the school.
Recognized the key relationship between the cultural masterminding and the implement of school brand building ,the Nanjing university of post&telecommunication guarantee the effect of the school brand building stratagem ,through using the cultural masterminding .And so the school brand has got a highly social response .This paper has research on this case ,and its purpose is to impel the science and engineering college in the society setting store by the cultural masterminding ,so they can get the guarantee of the implement of the school brand. Finely ,through this method the science and engineering college can acquire a nice impression ,so it is can help them responsed to the highly competitive environmrnt to the success.
Throuth the analysis and argumentation of this paper we can see that the cultural masterminding is very important to the schools’ name brand stratagem .And it is more important to the science and engineering college for its idiosyncratic factor and localization to the schools’name brand stratagem .so I want to give an example to other science and engineering college to buildup their consciousness of cultural masterminding ,and so to guarantee the efficiency of the implement of the science and engineering colleges’name brand stratagem .It can cultivate a name brand of science and engineering to the college and take it come out of the furious competive educated environment .
