摘 要
    本文将着重分析放在酒店管理以及有关酒店管理与酒店在当今世界经济大潮中的发展趋势上，本文运用了最先进的理论分析法在分析酒店管理以及其成长与发展的趋势及走向上，对当今酒店管理的成功实例与当今酒店管理中我国酒店行业中的问题与机遇进行了综合性的分析并且就笔者所处的立场提出了观点。笔者将酒店管理中的各个重要因素进行分析与综合并得出自己的论断。好的酒店管理能够带来的不只是可观的经济利润，还有宝贵的管理学最先进的进步。本文还对酒店管理的历史趋势与展望进行了分析与预测，介绍了国内外最新思想。

Abstract
    The work presented in this paper focuses on several aspects of hotel administration and its tendency in modern business world. This research has recorded valuable data using the newly developed method of analysis on hotel development. From our experiments, the authors concluded that administration is the most important factor in hotel business. A perfect administration will lead the hotel to a glorious victory and create numerous wealth. The tendency of the hotel administration is dominant in the hotel business. We also analyze the development of hotel administration trends in the end, and introduce several new methods on improving hospitality management.

    Travel and tourism have been born since the ancient. The hotels and inns established to meet the society need. It is considered that the initial inns are started in Ancient Rome Period. The procedure of whose development experienced Ancient Inns Period, Great Hotel Period, and Business Hotel Period. After the World War II, travel business in European and American grew up greatly. It has entered a new period of modern new-style hotels. There are lots of hotel corporations which own hundreds of companies all around the world. And the independent hotel business has been established now.
