摘要
    通过对智能化小区和智能化住宅的深入研究，为我校提供一个智能化校园的设计方案，并结合计算机接口技术、电子技术、单片机技术等先进技术自主设计开发部分电路和组态软件，并研究和开发基于Internet、GSM网络和现场串行总线网“三网合一”的嵌入式集成管理系统，最终给出一个“人性化的设计、智能化的设备、生态化的环境”三者相辅相成的智能化校园解决方案。

Abstract

1前言
    人类数千年来的建筑实践早已证明，建筑和社会的生产方、生活方式有着密切的联系，并且总是反映出当时社会的科学技术发展水平，具有显著的时代特征。自从20世纪80年代以来，随着计算机技术、信息技术的飞速发展，世界由工业化社会向信息化社会转型的步伐明显加快。人们对建筑的安全性、舒适性、便利性、信息交互性、节能性等诸多方面提出了更高的要求。这些年来智能建筑的发展表明：智能建筑的出现和发展是人类社会、科技、经济发展的客观要求，是社会信息化发展的必然结果。
