    对该厂产生的生产清洗废水，采取先分后合的处理工艺：
（1）油墨有机废水的处理：酸化处理（先加入硫酸，再进行压滤，滤液与综合废水一块进行混凝沉淀处理）；
（2）铜氨络合废水的处理：破络处理（先加入Na2S，再进行混凝综合沉淀处理）；
（3）综合废水的处理：中和沉淀法—气浮法（先加入NaOH，对其进行中和沉淀处理，并加入PAC及PAM，最后通过接触氧化气浮池，加入H2O2以保证COD的达标排放）

   深圳市路板有限公司是一家专门生产线路板的厂家，由于制作印刷线路板的过程十分复杂，所使用的化学品种类繁多，产生的污水质量变化很大，对环境造成很大影响，为此，该公司已建有一套处理能力为900t/d的污水处理站，运行良好，达到相关环保排放标准。今因业务的拓展，生产量急速扩大，届时排放水量将达到2100t/d，原有系统已不能满足该处理能力。为了保护环境，使环境、经济、社会三方面效益协调可持续发展，该厂家根据国家相关环保政策，决定在生产规模扩大的同时再上马一套处理能力达到1200t/d的环保处理设施。为此，受该公司的委托，我公司对其污水作出治理设计方案，本方案实施后，严格管理，其水质各项指标将达标排放。
   该公司以现时生产资料来说，污水的主要来源是各生产工序的清洗步骤，如印刷线路的前处理过程、板面处理过程、蚀刻过程及镀铜过程等，这些清洗废水是本方案处理设计的主要内容。至于生产中定期或不定期废弃的高浓度废液，如退膜废液、电镀废液、蚀刻废液及各类浓酸浓碱等则不在本方案设计之内，这些废液交由有关环保部门回收处理。
为了将该废水处理站建成为处理效果好、技术先进可靠、占地面积少、造型美观、运行费用低的模范工程，针对该废水特性和现有环境条件，经过我的反复思考，确定了本设计方案。本方案分为工艺设计、土建设计、电气设计、工程预算四大部分，其中以工艺计算为主，土建设计、电气设计、工程预算为辅。
   第2章　设计范围、依据及原则
   2.1　设计范围
   ① 承担新建污水处理站的工艺设计，内容包括：污水处理站的工艺流程（图2-1），平面布置，污水处理站内所需的构筑物、建筑物及相应的工艺设施、设备选型、配电和相关设施。
   ② 本设计不包括污水站外的道路、围墙、通信、消防、绿化、污水站外的给排水、电力供给及进污水站之前和排放口之后的管道及相关的设施。
   ③ 本设计治理对象为各生产工序中产生的清洗废水，浓废液及污水处理过程中所产生的污泥按环保局的有关规定处理。
